Krystal Boone is an educator, youth development strategist, and founder of Be Squared — a structured STEAM² learning ecosystem designed to dismantle barriers to academic and economic opportunity. With years of experience in mathematics education, special education case management, program leadership, and community engagement, she has dedicated her career to strengthening pathways for youth success.

As a mathematics educator and inclusion specialist, Ms. B has worked across grade levels to close achievement gaps, design differentiated learning systems, and build restorative classroom cultures grounded in accountability and belonging. Her work integrates data-driven instruction, social-emotional learning, workforce exposure, and family engagement to create measurable academic growth and leadership development.

Currently pursuing her MBA in Non-profit Management and Organizational Leadership, she is committed to building sustainable educational infrastructure that connects rigorous academics with real-world application. Through Be Squared, she leads the development of youth enrichment programming, workforce development initiatives, intergenerational mentorship models, and community partnership systems that expand access and opportunity across generations.

Ms. B understands firsthand the impact of inconsistent support systems and limited access to opportunity. Education became not just a profession, but a calling — to be the structured, supportive presence she once needed and the bridge that so many young people deserve.

She believes deeply that potential is universal, but opportunity is not.

Be Squared was founded to intentionally build what is often missing:

STEAM² ensures that learning is not isolated from life.

It connects classroom knowledge to community infrastructure, workforce readiness, creative expression, and civic responsibility.

At its core, STEAM² prepares youth not simply to graduate — but to navigate systems, build businesses, contribute to communities, and lead with purpose.
